Google Data Studio reporting

Marketing dashboards that show what really makes money.

Live Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboards that combine Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Search Console in one place, updated automatically.

Google Data Studio reporting overview

Most businesses have their marketing data spread across five or more platforms. Checking each one takes time, and every platform tells a slightly different story. A good dashboard puts the numbers that matter on one screen, in plain language.

I build Google Data Studio dashboards, now called Looker Studio, that combine Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Search Console. They update automatically, so you can see spend, revenue, ROAS and leads at any time without waiting for a monthly report.

ROAS and revenue dashboards

The main view answers the key question: how much did we spend, and what did it bring back? Channels, campaigns and time periods can be compared side by side, with clear targets for ROAS and cost per acquisition.

Automated client and team reports

For agencies and teams, I create reusable report templates that can be shared with clients or managers, with scheduled email delivery and simple filters.

Looker Studio connectors and data blending

Google products such as Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console connect to Looker Studio natively. Meta Ads and other platforms are added through connectors or Google Sheets. Data is blended carefully so totals match the source platforms and reports stay fast.

Dashboards for owners, marketers and agencies

Owners usually want one page with revenue, spend and return. Marketers need campaign and creative detail. Agencies need client-ready templates. Each dashboard is designed around the people who will read it.

What's included in my Google Data Studio reporting service

Everything covered when I build your Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboards.

Reporting audit

A review of the decisions your team makes each week, the metrics behind them and where that data lives, so the dashboard answers real questions instead of showing every number available.

ROAS & revenue dashboards

Spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA and conversions across every channel, with date comparisons and targets, so performance is clear at a glance.

Blended multi-channel data

Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console and Google Sheets combined in one report, with consistent naming and correctly blended data.

Automated client reports

Reusable report templates for agencies and teams, with scheduled PDF email delivery, filters by client or campaign and your branding.

Clear, readable design

Simple charts, scorecards and tables laid out for decisions, so owners and managers understand the numbers without training.

Handover & training

A walkthrough of how to read, filter and update the dashboard, plus notes on data sources so your team can maintain it.

Audit, track, launch and test, then scale and report: the same process behind $25M+ in sales from Google and Meta Ads.

Audit

A reporting audit of the decisions your team makes, the KPIs behind them and where the data lives today, across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console and spreadsheets.

Track

Data sources are connected to Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) with the right connectors, consistent naming and correctly blended metrics, so totals match each platform.

Launch & test

The first dashboard goes live with ROAS, CPA, revenue and conversion views, then is refined with your team through feedback on layout, filters and the questions it needs to answer.

Scale & report

Dashboards update automatically, with scheduled email reports for owners, managers or clients. A handover walkthrough makes sure your team can read and maintain them.

Is Google Data Studio the same as Looker Studio?
Yes. Google renamed Data Studio to Looker Studio. The product and dashboards are the same, and many people still search for it as Google Data Studio.
Can Data Studio show Facebook and Meta Ads data?
Yes. Meta Ads data can be added with a connector, so Google and Meta results appear side by side in the same dashboard.

Do I own the dashboard?
Yes. The dashboard is created in or shared to your Google account, so you keep full access.
Is Looker Studio free?
Yes. Looker Studio itself is free. Some third-party connectors for platforms such as Meta Ads charge a subscription.
Can you build a dashboard for my agency clients?
Yes. I build reusable templates with filters for each client, your branding and scheduled email delivery.
How long does it take to build a dashboard?
A focused marketing dashboard usually takes one to two weeks, depending on the number of data sources and how much blending is needed.
