Google Ads & SEM

Google Ads management that grows profit, not just clicks.

Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns built around your margins, with every lead and sale tracked back to the keyword that drove it.

Google Ads management overview

Google Ads is the fastest way to reach people who are already searching for what you sell. It is also one of the easiest places to waste money. Broad keywords, automated campaigns with no guardrails and missing conversion tracking can turn a healthy budget into a pile of clicks that never become customers.

As a Google Ads specialist based in Bangladesh, I manage search engine marketing (SEM) for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Bangladesh. Across Google Ads and Meta Ads, the campaigns I have run have generated more than $25M in sales. The approach is simple: measure properly, structure campaigns around profit, then scale what works.

Why many Google Ads accounts lose money

Most accounts I audit have the same problems: conversion tracking that counts the wrong actions, Performance Max campaigns that spend on brand searches you would win anyway, search terms that have nothing to do with the business, and bidding set to maximise clicks instead of revenue. Each one is fixable, and fixing them usually frees up budget before any new spend is added.

How I structure Google Ads for growth

Campaigns are split by intent and margin, not by habit. High-intent search terms get their own tightly themed ad groups. Shopping and Performance Max are separated by product margin so bidding follows profit. Negative keyword lists are maintained weekly, and every campaign is judged on cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) from reliable tracking.

Google Ads services for every stage of the funnel

Search ads capture people who are ready to buy. Shopping and Performance Max show your products across Google Search, YouTube, Gmail and the Display Network. YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns build awareness and bring past visitors back. I choose the mix based on your goals and budget, rather than running every campaign type by default.

Pay-per-click management focused on profit

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising only works when the cost of a click is lower than the value it creates. That is why every account I manage is built on accurate conversion values: purchase revenue for eCommerce, and lead quality or booked jobs for service businesses. Google's bidding then optimises toward the customers who are actually worth paying for.

If you are looking for a Google Ads expert in Bangladesh or a Google Ads agency alternative that gives you direct access to the person running your account, this service is built for you.

What's included in my Google Ads management service

Everything covered when you hire me as your Google Ads specialist, from the first audit to weekly optimisation.

Google Ads account audit

A line-by-line review of campaign structure, keywords, match types, bidding, conversion tracking and wasted spend. You get a prioritised action list showing what to fix first and how much budget it should free up.

Search campaigns & keyword research

Keyword research by intent, tightly themed ad groups, responsive search ads written around your offer, and weekly search term reviews with negative keyword lists so budget only goes to searches that can convert.

Shopping & Performance Max

Google Merchant Center feed optimisation, product titles that match how people search, and Performance Max split by margin tier with brand exclusions, so bidding follows profit instead of revenue alone.

YouTube & Demand Gen Ads

Video and Demand Gen campaigns for reaching new audiences and remarketing to past visitors, measured on the same conversion data as your search campaigns.

Conversion tracking

GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports from your CRM, so Smart Bidding learns from real sales and qualified leads rather than page views.

Live reporting & weekly optimisation

A Google Data Studio dashboard with spend, revenue, CPA and ROAS, plus weekly bid, budget, ad and keyword changes. You always know what changed and why.

Google Ads & SEM FAQs

Straight answers to the questions clients ask most.

What does a Google Ads specialist do?
A Google Ads specialist plans, builds and optimises campaigns in Google Ads. That includes keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategy, budget management, conversion tracking and reporting, with the goal of getting more sales or leads at a lower cost.
How much budget do I need to start Google Ads?
It depends on your market and how competitive your keywords are. A budget that allows enough clicks to get meaningful data each week matters more than a specific number. I recommend a starting budget during the free strategy call after looking at your keywords and cost per click.
How long does it take to see results from Google Ads?
Search campaigns usually show useful data within the first few weeks. Performance Max and Shopping campaigns need a learning period, so most accounts are properly optimised after one to three months.
Do you manage Performance Max campaigns?
Yes. I build Performance Max with clear asset groups, product segmentation by margin and brand exclusions, so it does not simply take credit for sales you would have won anyway.
Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?
Yes. Most clients come to me with an existing account. I start with an audit, keep what works and restructure the rest without losing your account history.
Will I own my Google Ads account and data?
Always. The account, the tracking and the dashboards stay in your name. I work inside your account with manager access.
What is the difference between SEM and PPC?
SEM (search engine marketing) is paid advertising on search engines, mainly Google Ads. PPC (pay-per-click) describes the pricing model, where you pay when someone clicks. In practice, Google Ads search campaigns are both SEM and PPC.
Do you work with businesses outside Bangladesh?
Yes. I manage Google Ads for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Bangladesh, with campaigns targeted to each market's language, currency and search behaviour.
How do you report on Google Ads performance?
You get a live Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboard showing spend, conversions, revenue, CPA and ROAS, plus a short written summary of what changed and what comes next.
